English Test Room 2 Online

Requirements:

To complete the test, you will need access to a computer with a webcam. You can't complete the test on mobile phones or tablets. 

Please, be online at least 5 minutes before your exam is due to start. Also, you will be asked to show proof of identity. Acceptable forms of identity would preferably be a passport or alternatively an IRP (visa) card or driving license.

 

Instructions:

STEP 1:

Log in with the following details:

Username: Your first name

Password: english2

Once you have logged in to the conference software you will meet a CCT proctor who will give guide you through the process of accessing the test.

STEP 2:

Click on this link to access Moodle:

https://moodle.cct.ie/course/view.php?id=1599

The proctor will give you the username and password to log in.

Ensure your device is fully charged and preferably plugged in for the exam duration and that you have an internet connection. Try and find a quiet area where you can complete the test undisturbed. Relax and try your best, you do have further opportunities to complete the test at a later date if you do not pass. Your proctor will talk you through that.
